Working on behalf of long term client McDermott Building & Civil Engineering, BBS has supplied Portuguese silver-grey – Blanco Granite Kerbs for a brand new car park situated next to John Lewis at the Milton Keynes shopping Centre in Bedfordshire.

Chosen to complement the natural stone typically used throughout the Central Milton Keynes area, the Granite kerbs supplied were a combination of both standard sized and bespoke specification. With precise dimensions and radius requirements on a proportion of the order, BBS had to carefully manage production and lead times when scheduling the project.

Perfect for hard landscaping, especially pedestrian and vehicular applications, Granite kerbing is used widely across the country for projects such as this and following approval of the Portuguese Granite by Milton Keynes Council and Landscape Architect delivery could commence.
