Ibstock Throckley Bricks for Bude Park Sports Pavilion, Hull
As part of Hull Esteem Consortium’s ongoing programme of community investment, a brand-new sports pavilion was delivered at Bude Park Playing Fields, Hull.
Project Overview
Completed in early 2024 by contractor Geo Houlton & Sons Ltd, the pavilion provides modern, high-quality facilities to support grassroots sport and the local community.
Our Contribution
BBS Natural Stone Specialists were pleased to supply 15,500 Ibstock Throckley Smooth Red Bricks (65mm) for the construction of this new community asset. The chosen material ensured a robust and visually appealing finish, blending durability with a timeless aesthetic.
Outcome
The completed pavilion is a welcoming and practical space for players, families, and community groups. The use of Ibstock Throckley Smooth Red Bricks adds a warm and consistent finish to the building, ensuring the structure will stand the test of time both functionally and visually.
