BBS Brick and Stone Ltd chosen as the natural stone supplier for The Peninsula London, Belgravia

Peninsula is the world’s leading luxury hotel brand, owned and operated by The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels Limited (HSH), incorporated in 1866. It’s drive for quality and elegance lead to a discerning design choice of natural stone from Spain, Switzerland and the Far East.

Through its extensive global supply chains, BBS delivered an exquisite set of materials for this amazing scheme which has enhanced an already stunning region of our capitol. The scope of works includes steps and plinths to the frontage of the hotel, an access road to the side which leads to a drop off area within the four inward facing facades of the hotel which was inspired by the Palazzo Farnese in Rome. The entrance courtyard features beautifully crafted natural stone paving and 125-year-old Japanese Maple trees.

BBS supplied a full range of samples, technical details and were able to offer design assistance on site and all delivered to the agreed timescales.
