The Public Realm project was appointed to local company, works began in June 2013 and the scheme completed in October 2015. Work completed includes new paving, kerbing, resurfacing, signage and planting, bespoke elements include street furniture, street lighting and water features will complete the project works.

"The overall project has significantly raised the quality of the environment helping Lisburn City Centre diversify, creating modern office accommodation which will in turn attract business and leisure activities that will help to sustain activity in the City Centre outside traditional business hours."
